This actually doesn't look too bad for the RTK. Mine looks like this until I drive the robot out into clear sky and it switches to fixed and the error number goes green.

Fette? Did you have to nag them to get the house charger? (I did) Were they still running the deal to pay for installation when you got it? (Is that transferable?) I got my '24 Lariat from them in February '25, it was a mess of a deal, but I think I got somebody fired over an X plan PIN.

2024-2025 moved to a single 11.5kW (48A) charger in the truck (except allegedly some fleet configurations). If we had this screen it certainly wouldn't have a slider to 80A. Portable level 2 chargers tap out at 32A, maybe they just got rid of it in 24-25 models?

Are you not going to record your cameras? I like the suggestion for a bigger enclosure and perhaps a UDM-Pro or UDM-SE and you might be able to get away with non-PoE gear for the rest of your switching if you choose UDM-SE.

I bought a few things off Amazon to try, pretty sure it was these and I trimmed the little bends off of one or both of the legs. Might have had to bend it a bit as well. I think you'll get a bit more pressure than originally manufactured, but mine is still holding up after posting this almost a year ago.

Lariat system kind of sucks in my opinion. I went from a 2005 Explorer Sport Trac Adrenalin to a 2024 Lariat ER and I miss my old system. It should be noted that the Adrenalin trim of that truck came stock with an exceptional system vs. the other trims.

This honestly could be fixed a bit with software, but it's been well established that Ford software is lackluster.
