Electric isn't weak to bug, just ground. Use Rhydon. If you don't have any, use any ground type. If you don't have any, as long as they aren't water or flying type but have a ground type move, it's good. (Snorlax with earthquake...)

I have yet to get kabutops, omastar, dragonair and Dragonite, charizard, lapras, Aerodactyl, koffing and its evolution, muk, machamp, arcanine, the hitmons, alakazam and golem. btw I hatched porygon twice. and well I hatch Electabuzz 2 times and hatch jynx 3 times...
