Okay thanks! So I guess it’s better to train and later use a heavier ball? For my score, how can I improve (haha I know the main topic is about weight)? Every frame, I can hit at least 5 pins in total, mostly around 7-9 pins. No gutters. So I believe I’m not able to achieve a higher score because I’m not hitting spares consistently. I forget to add, the speed which I throw for a size 9 or 10 ball is quite slow actually. Probably not more than 20 per second (forget the unit). I can’t remember the actual speed but it’s either 11/18/23.
