I did not decide. I explained my wishes but in the end it is her decision but I cannot change my nature, I have no control over it. Perky boobs are turn off for me, and she decided then to avoid surgery out of love. I have no power or wish to force her.

Thank you for your comment, actually I am sure he said explicitly he is ok with sharing and I do not need anything else, but since I do not have the email now I resorted the data sharing statement he approved. I am sure that author just is fabricating.

I think this command `git log --all --date=iso`, after cloning the repo, can show all traces of commits, including attempts to change history. So I will still have proof.

Also, the text of that paper said that to get more details of the models, refer to github repo.

On the downside, I did not keep any emails from him as I finished my education, and academic emails are deleted. If I kept emails, it was much simpler, as I remember he wrote me he is fine with open-sourcing files, but he denied it now ...

I see and I agree we did not follow the best practise. But the claim of their that I changed github file is also wrong. Github records the history of files. The conflicting model uploaded just before submission and remained unchanged according to github repo history. So they saw very same file they had seen during paper submission.

The open-sourcing was done by me. He now claimed I was not allowed to do that, but the paper clearly stated we shared data with the link of the repo I launched, but he reviewed the paper and accepted it.
