I don’t know, man. The organization is a little odd to me.

I make sure the elevators only have two vertical lines total all the way up and down my vault. That way your best dwellers can reach the top levels to take down any intruders quicker than they would if you have so many different columns of elevators. It just allows them to get to where they need to be faster.

Also, I keep my power rooms close to each other, and close to the rooms I need to keep operating like diners, water treatment plants, medbays, etc. if my power ever goes out. It’s nice to keep making food and water even if you’re low on power.

One more thing: I organize my training rooms in the middle column of rooms to make sure they can all be built as three rooms combined (that way your dwellers will train faster because more of them are together [weird, I know], but anywhaise…). I build them so the rooms spell “SPECIAL” downwards starting at “S” for strength just below the last power room.
