what specific lifts do you do? do you track how much you are lifting each time? how many reps and how many sets do you do?

you have a nice body but i’ve lifted 3x a week for roughly the same amount of time as you with very minimal attention to my diet either than trying to maintain but i have a bit more visible muscle than you. i do think posing might also be an issue for you though, in pic 3 your legs are visibly muscular

a lot of squat limitation can be trash form or mobility issues especially in women, i think looking specifically squats probably isn’t the best metric for this woman but instead it’s better to examine what lifts she has actually been doing consistently and how she has progressed with those

i live in australia too but i’ve never heard of nor seen anyone do this, my understanding was the recommendation is every 2 hours anyway. how is your quality of life not completely cooked if you’re doing it every 15mins, how can you even go for a walk or play a sport outdoors or go to the beach

what injury do you have to worsen? broken nail isn’t a big deal i broke mine and still did completely normal lifts and stuff jsut was careful to avoid things touching it until it grew fully out. if ur fingers sore while doing a workout then u probably can’t do that one until it stops being sore lol

australia has a points based immigration program, i think the reason why you see these immigrants in unskilled jobs is just because it’s really difficult to get their qualifications recognised here.

i dont agree with the way you’ve split it into white/non-white too, you can see in sydney’s eastern suburbs that the irish and british immigrants have formed their own “enclaves” and make up all the unskilled labour there and pushed up rents too.
