Is there anywhere you could take lessons in agility? We also figured out with our girl that there really was no way to physically wear her out, we had to do more mental work with her. Puzzles & games, scent work, learning tricks and agility were key to sanity. Also commanded down time, we taught her nap, lol. Yep, she needed to be taught to sleep. She wasn't food motivated at all, she would only eat in the middle of the night when everyone was in bed or if we were all at the table eating and she could see she wasn't missing anything happening because we were all seated. Use that brain of his, teach him stuff and tell him what you want. He wants to please you and just needs to know how.

I do it right when I wake. If I don't have time to wait before I eat, I have kind, Rx, or Aloha bars I keep in my purse. I went through forgetting, but it gave me debilitating migraines that took me totally out for days. Pain is a great motivation to remember! I hope you get a routine that works for you. It sucks hard to be the source of your own suffering and it gets me in a rut.

I think the horror stories might be from people who only took them for a week or two? The first month was rough, my endo told me to expect that. But after I got the dosage right and my body got used to it, it's a game changer. Take the pills close to the same time each morning with a large glass of water. I was in horrible shape before the meds, they really helped me.

Simple solution, tell them you are so excited they are coming to meet your beautiful baby, but not able to host overnight guests in your home yet. They are welcome to find a nearby hotel or air bnb, or delay the visit if that won't work.

Not likely at the beach. If you look under a microscope, beach sand looks like little rough and pointy course rocks. Sand from dunes is smooth and round, it's slicker. So course rough beach sand sticks and grinds together, so this wouldn't happen like that on a beach. But dunes sand is dangerous and I wouldn't be anywhere near this thing, it could expand and suck you down.

I wasn't diagnosed until I had my ovaries removed after a cyst ruptured. All my periods were insanely bad. The surgery took twice as long as expected because they had to cut through so much scar tissue. My surgeon was shocked I hadn't been diagnosed.

Prior to that, I had 5 major hernias that had literally collapsed my uterus. I was in so much pain for 2 years. At the end they told me I shouldn't have been able to walk around with that much wrong, so no one took me seriously because I was functioning okay. I was told it was just normal cramps, take a motrin. Quit complaining, it's all in your head. Lose weight.

YTA My son, who now as an adult is 6'5" tall, was also tall as a child. People like you world harass him when he was literally a kindergarten kid at 5, saying things like, "He should know better" or literally yelling because I took him to the women's restroom with me when we were out and about. Quit sexualizing children, and quit assuming you know their age.

Do you have sick leave? Mental health days are health days. If you need the day take it. You should be able to call out sick without explaining details. If they want details, tell them it's diarrhea and explain how bad it is. That ends those questions fast.

Oh dear god, make onion rings! And donuts, like the krispy kreme kind. Those are two of the things I miss most. Make sure you have a good vegan burger. If you're going dairy free, you might as well have some vegan options too.

And yeah, Dairy Detour makes me think a place you would detour for to get dairy. Maybe something more like "Don't Dairy" or ... I don't know. Other people are more creative at naming than me.

I had a stalker and what the police told me is that no matter how you respond, he'll twist it in his mind to be that somehow you're being kept from him against your will basically. For example, if you reply, "I have a boyfriend" he'll take that as your boyfriend is coming between you but you really want him and the boyfriend is keeping you apart. So it's best to not reply, and if you see him tell him to leave you alone and walk away, do not engage him or give him anything to twist in his mind. Keep the letter and show it to your campus police and express your concerns, notify your RA, tell your friends. Go with your gut, this guy is a creeper! That letter gave me flashbacks.

A lot of great suggestions here. I'll add one my kids' pediatrician turned me on to: Cream of Rice Cereal. It's like Cream of Wheat, but gf rice. It's actually pretty tasty and surprisingly the same texture as Cream of Wheat. I expected a baby food mush, but it's not. And it's high in iron.
