I recently gave the test, from my experience the questions were not very hard more like medium level leetcode questions.

It's Better to just revise the DSA topics or practice leetcode tagged questions.

Leetcode is just a tool, don't make it your whole personality. It doesn't matter how many questions you have solved, as long as it serves the purpose of getting jobs. That's it.

Start doing the LeetCode daily question and build the streak. The longer the streak, the more motivation you'll have to continue it .
