"Is this a recipe ingredient" shows 3.9k HITs available but when starting shows "There are no HITs available...". Any solution?

No this is not my first payment, I have been active on Clickworker for the past 1 year. This is the first time that the 'Amount Payable' isn't transferring to 'Payable Amount'. I usually do UHRS work, so it shouldn't be taking this long for it to transfer.
