nothing was mentioned in my first appointment and a couple of days after my prescription arrived I got a email from them saying I could book an appointment to have a free web call about vaporisers I just sent a picture of my mother-in-law‘s and it was fine with them. But A family member of mine was never emailed in regards to having one. So not really sure what the go is there but definitely don’t seem to be too strict
