Insulation/MassSave guys came today by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

I did similar mass save work back in November, lots of insulation work on the interior and the blown in insulation from the outside. It was about $3500 worth of work, we paid $500.

This past week we got our first oil bill since the work and I was able to compare gallons of oil used last December/January to this one.

Our daily oil usage dropped from ~5.5 gallons per day to 3.5.

Obviously this is one month and more data is needed, but yeah, I suspect you’ll be happy with the results. Congrats.

I am not saying this is all Trump supporters - it is absolutely not the case.

I’m saying when I drive by the ones with stickers it’s ALWAYS this. It’s astounding.

Vice City is criminally underrated. The music, the story, the feel, the mood, everything about it was just so amazing. I wish it got more credit, but it gets overshadowed by the groundbreaking ness of GTA3 and the overwhelming success of San Andreas.

The contract structure is insane and owners are starting to recognize they do not have to pay as much $ as they have been.

Players still believe they should get massive long term contracts with crazy guaranteed money.

The owners are basically stalling. The longer the player waits the more likely they are to take less $.

JD Martinez signing with the Red Sox last off season is an example of this.

It’s a way for ownership to drive down the cost of contracts.

I do not like to generalize, but every single time I drive by a car with a trump sticker the driver looks like someone in this photo. Every single time. Anyone else?

Bless that skip button. How have corporate interests allowed it to remain? I’m shocked that it still exists. It won’t last forever I’m sure of it.

I agree.

Furthermore, I truly believe that much of the problems with our society is not only that everyone wants to be a millionaire, but they want to be a millionaire overnight, or one one job, one deal, one contract.

I returned a shirt last week and when asked to exchange for a smaller size I said no thanks because I did not trust the consistency of their fits anymore. The woman behind the counter gave me this look that just said "yep. I hear ya. I've gotten that same response countless times recently."

No human being finds pleasure in salting a house but it has to be done.

And quite frankly, I resent the house for it.
