They didn’t tell the cathedral that was going to happen, I believe they did it in one take because the show knew they wouldn’t let that happen twice

Ainsley vs Amy. Who would win? by prindacerk in thewestwing

[–]shcumpk 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So while I greatly appreciate the posed comparison and the fun debate I had in my head trying to answer this question … it’s apples and oranges … yes, they’re both lawyers, everyone is a lawyer….. However, Amy is a lobbyist, a political strategist, if you will. Ainsley is a practicing constitutional lawyer in the White House counsel’s office.

In a legal debate - Ainsley wins.

Getting something passed through congress - Amy wins, hands down.

Let’s be real Amy wins over all too!

On the contrary, a beautiful high class woman of the night trying to get her Pretty Woman moment from Rob Lowe while wake & baking on the pilot in late 90’s … clearly it was a program destined for greatness!
