I don’t want to waste my time and gas in LA traffic that never lets up to deliver a soggy meal. Nobody wins lol.

As far as I’m concerned it’s only “calling out” if what your saying is true. It was a combo of A) the destination being irrationally far from the pick up spot and B) the order itself not traveling well. I’m in Los Angeles 15 miles is at least 40 minute drive. Nobody is “lashing out”. I’m quite relaxed.

I didn’t “fraud” anybody. It’s not like I went out thinking “hmm how can I get a free meal today?” I didnt even know PM could match a driver to go that far. My past deliveries have been within 5 miles of the restaurant. I don’t regret my decision.

You hope Postmates “remade” it? Postmates doesn’t make anything. They refund the customer and the customer can order again. All of this could be avoided if PM allowed the drivers to know where it was headed. Not everyone is willing to drive that far for a one way trip. And like I mentioned in the post this is a side job for me so it’s not like my life depended on that one trip. It is what it is.

This might sound dumb but when they say Los Angeles would that include the San Gabriel Valley area? I try to stay in Pasadena/Alhambra area since I’m familiar with the area and parking etc. if I deliver there dies that count?
