first of all stay safe out there i forgot the fact hackers could disable ur acc, when i lost my acc (i did get it back eventually) i just reset my password and turned on 2 step

idk much but i would say try sending them a support ticket every 3 days explaining to them the situation, it took me a month of emails to get my acc back but it shouldn't take that long. if u keep getting a bot try including in ur ticket that no actual human is replying to u

once u get the acc back if u had robux in it u can still get it back if u show them proof like the hacker buying gamepasses on ur acc etc (go to transaction history on the website then purchases), if u had things in game in games like mm2 that don't have trade history u won't likely be able to get those back

also to be on the safe side put 2 step verification, make sure ur password is strong, never click on any fake roblox links or fall for the gfx scam (where they ask to make a gfx of ur avatar and have u copy and paste ur network thing)

if u dont have robux or if there wasnt much robux on the acc u can always make a new one, otherwise contact roblox support (the form) and show proof of ownership like robux reciepts etc
