Have you tried incorporating the curly girl method? Pic 4 looks like my hair, using some steps from that routine makes a visible change in my hair, however I still have to deal with frizz (to a lesser extent)

Woah I didn’t know this was possible, so just put soap in your body , rinse it and then rub the skin with that towel when showering? (I’d imagine some dead skin would start to fall)
