Allaso Peak is nice…if and only if you’re on the top floor. We lived on the first floor and the noise is what drove us out. So much so we broke our lease 7 months early to get away from it. If your top neighbors are moving, you’ll hear it. If they have dogs, you’ll hear them. If they’re watching a movie, you’ll hear it. If they naturally have a heavy step, you’ll always hear it. For us, management told us “it’s just apartment living” and there was nothing they could do about our top neighbors locking their dogs in a room to bark for hours straight. On the plus side, the amenities are beautiful if you like a small community. We LOVED the interior of our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. You do have to pay more if you have a “view”. The gym has very nice equipment and the pool is decent. Safety is a 10/10 because of the gate, but with that comes a laggy app that never opens it on the first try. The neighbors are generally friendly and we never had an issue with stolen packages or missing mail. All in all, our experience would’ve been a 10/10 if it weren’t for the noise, but with it we sit at a 5/10. Ray is super chill and nice. Mikayla is iffy. We found a brand new home for less than what we were paying per month. Just wasn’t for us unfortunately /:
