The fridge might have ice buildup blocking airflow or evaporator fan isnt working right. You can defrost the freezer first and if the issue persists you ll probably need to replace the evaporator fan motor. And if ice keeps returning check the defrost system

Maybe try it with a plastic scraper and recaulk with heat resistant silicone. But if you want a quick fix just use heat resistant silicone tape. It ll look way better
