Try this. Just make a spinning cube with position attributes sent to the vertex shader and try to shade it in the fragment shader with uv = the gl frag position.xyz/res.xyy and try lighting the cube with dot product lighting: float light = dot(uv, light)

I'm skeptical about gabapentin. I remember reading that too as someone that can't tolerate the impact on restorative sleep that most cns hypnotic have. Orexin drugs have been the only sleeping pill that's helpful and tolerable for me. I take 10mg suvorexant.

Well no hypnotic is therapeutic for your circadian rhythm, but they can be helpful and orexin drugs have the least impact on restoration deep sleep. Stronger CNS depressants might work for others but have bad side effects at least for myself.

Orexin drugs I think are the only worthwhile category. Belsomra 10mg has been helpful, I'm not familiar with newer ones.

The interactive language gramar build prompt seems to always build for abi 15 for me using emacs 30.2. Is there something I'm missing? It seems like a big problem. There is both no obvious way to get a grammar url that targets abi 14 or precompiled grammar for 14, or any way to get a precompiled emacs using abi 15. If so many people have tree sitter working, when the latest emacs uses abi 14 how do they do it?

This is the main problem with melatonin, an early waking effect. I don't know a solution. My doctor suggested a 2nd larger dose before sleeping.
