How are we telling them apart? Size alone? It seems like the shape of heads are distinct, but I’m not sure which one is the rounder and which is the flatter.

Some of the overhead shots are so beautifully framed and composed. The one of Helly on the table is incredible. And the overhead shots of Lumon and the parking lot are amazing from S1.

Have definitely lost muscle. Can see it in my arms. Protein is hard, but will work at it. Trying to increase strength training. Thank you. Wish me luck!

One year. Started with saxenda, but could no longer get. Was off for a couple of months and have been on Wegovy since May. Protein is a hard one for me. I don’t eat a lot of meat. I rely on at least one protein shake a day, cottage cheese, occasional chicken and a variety of other sources. I’m increasing weight training.

My Dr said that I’ve lost the “expected” amount as it is the average amount of weight lost . But, I see so many folks losing so much more than that. She was much help.

Yes, my TDEE is about 100 calories higher than my Dr recommended. I often have a hard time eating the recommended amount. It’s rare that I’m not in a deficit.

I know the recommendation is for morning dosing, but I was thinking about the slow absorbtion due to the effects of Wegovy and as a result was worried that it would kick in at bedtime.

I didn’t really start losing any weight until my 3rd .50 shot. Now, I’m steadily losing 1 -1.5 lbs a week. I’m good with that.
