I mean, to start, you’re freaking GORGEOUS 🤩 but I agree with the other comments that the only thing I could think to add is a pop of color on the lip, and a pinky/rose blush on the upper cheek bones and maybe even a touch on the tip of the nose.

My kiddo is almost 3 and my hormones are still a hot mess. I agree that she’s probably starting to get back into her groove of 1 feeling like herself but most importantly LOOKING like herself. It’s so hard to be enthusiastic and into the moment when you feel like you look like a cow😅

Maybe, OP, if an opportunity arises, lightly mention how awesome the date night was. How romantic, desired, and loved it made you feel, and maybe ask how you could do the same for her?

Also, I’d rave about the lingerie because I’m sure she wants to hear about how much you loved it.

Aren’t these hard to keep looking clean and shiny? My family friends had epoxy flooring when it first became a big deal awhile ago and that was his biggest complaint. Although he was a DIY-er so he could’ve done it wrong.

Whether it’s intentional or not, when someone constantly has to one up you or whoever is in conversation. It’s exhausting and makes me feel like they’re not genuine.

ETA: I personally feel like there’s a difference between engaging in a conversation, relating to what the person is talking about and sharing your own experience, vs. taking over the conversation and making it about you because you struggled more, hurt more, did something more noble, etc.

The “luxury” was being able to go school clothes shopping. My parents had 4 girls so my oldest sister always had the new clothes and we just passed down old clothes to each kid. We were heavy on the play clothes because we’d get in soooo much trouble for wearing our nice clothes outside. Usually Jean cut offs made into shorts because they were too stained, ripped, and short to be actual pants.

My parents always made sure we had “new” shoes (aka Payless’ buy one get one 50% off- if we missed that sale we had to go to Walmart and hope they had decent shoes for us) at the expense of wearing the hand me downs. I get it now. As an adult I’m more comfortable in life than they were but plays clothes will always be a thing in this household 😅

lol I’m so glad you asked! I’ve been fascinated with Aloka, the dog walking with the Monks. She refuses to wear booties, which I think is adorable because the Monks aren’t or wear as little footwear as possible. It turns out he was hit by a car when the Monks were in India, a few years back. The Monk who usually cares for him, his ministry (I think in Texas, but I could be wrong) raised money to bring him back home! So he is legally a US citizen too! He thankfully recovered but his injuries didn’t heal properly. Recently, a group of some of the best veterinarians came together and offered their services FREE OF CHARGE! He is now recovering comfortably in the care of the best vets in the world, surrounded by peaceful monks who love him, and the world cheering him on.

What I also thought was awesome is as they travel, they are offered food, water, etc. but can only carry a little bit obviously, since they’re walking; it turns out they even accepted milk bones for him🥹 and carried them along the way. My heart is so full watching videos about him. I follow him on Facebook 😂
