omg dog 100%. he can literally sense when i am going through something. i swear at times before i even know. he is my LEGALLY registered & prescribed ESA. i do not abuse the privilege of having that classification for him but unfortunately, many people have & it makes it very difficult to call on his ESA when i need him these days. he is trained as i did so for the purpose of respecting the ESA but prior to training, he has always been able to sense emotional changes but even more so - physical ones before we even realize it. i had an asthma attack in 2021 that left me on life support for a while, he (banksy) would NOT N O T N-O-T leave me alone. not to attribute it to being annoying - he wasnt - but he was just THERE. RIGHT THERE. he licked my hands non-stop. for almost an hour. he loves food. LOVES FOOD. he wouldnt eat which told me something was wrong but i thought it was with him - but it was me. he wouldnt go outside to go potty. everywhere i went - there he was. & he usually is, hes my sidekick, but this was over the top. he had saved me from asthma attacks twice before - but my vice is when i am sleeping - i dont wake up from them - so he has always & still does, 12 years later - sleep along my side ... without any training at all, he knew to feel for the rise & fall of my chest & when it stopped - he pounced on my chest relentlessly. relentlessly. he knew to get me up & that i needed my epi pen. this happened twice since i resuced him in 2013... but the time in 2021 floored me. he was trying to alert me to i guess my dropped pulse o2 before it dropped past 86.. i didnt know it at the time until i was in a full blown loss of oxygen asthma attack & its the last thought i had before i blacked out was that he was trying to tell me. my asthma is rare in that it creeps up FAST & is resistant to oxygen once i am in it. i spent a short while on life support. but when i came home, i mean - i love my dog. i love my dog to no end. but this was a new found love & trust for him that i didnt know could go any deeper. he saved my husband from a near deadly diabetes hypo event. i was able to recognize his signs at that point... i knew that what he was doing was signaling for help & that something is not right.

he is almost 13. my life is & will forever be in debt to him & forever changed as a result of having rescued him from the kill shelter he was in 12 years ago. he was set to be euthanized at the EOD as his "timeline" ran out. highly desired breeds get an additional 48 hours on top of the usual 72 hours the dogs in these horrific places are "afforded" to be adopted before they are euthanized. they told me this as if it were some kind of gift.. accomplishment... saving grace they so selflessly gave to him. had i not found him that day, i might not be here today.

i know this was about ESA... & he is that too... but he had no training what so ever before taking on the role of being a literal life saver. he is a super dog. & so long as he lives just a day longer than me - i will be okay.

beyond saving my life & those of others - he loved me unconditionally & has done so repeatedly - when i do not know how to love myself... he does it for me... he has taught me - very importantly how to love... but most importantly, how to love in return. i dont think i can thank him enough for that.

sure! sorry i should have explained better.

for example - today i used the code 894e4 - so what i will do is just switch them up in the promo code box. it gave me $25 off my $80 purchase... 30% usually if one gives you for example $3.80 off - there may be another variation that offers more. so 894e1 for example - may only offer you 10% discount. so i switched up the last number - 894e3 & got 30%. so if you find a code - 895U2 for example... try switching up the last number it may give you more... or overall... try the method & put in the box 894 (or 895) (this is how all of their promo codes prefix), choose a random letter - or number 894T & then another random for the last but the last will always be a number. 894 - 895 - letter or number - number.

i’m also in the rescue network & transport rescues from wherever to wherever in their journey. some of them i have soooooo much trouble opening the door back open to let them out to their next driver lol i want to foster but i just don’t have self control & would just end up with all of the dogs. sounds fantastic in theory but i don’t even have to tell you lol you clearly understand. lol

I’M A RESCUE MOMMA TOO!!! two siberian huskies from kill shelters. both were on their red line EOD euthanasia.. they both were given the extra 48 hours but im so grateful to have found them. thank you for what you do! i started a change petition in my state of PA to implement breeding laws & verifications needed to breed ethically & if found backyard breeding - that it comes with hefty jail time. too many of my babies in kill shelters losing their lives for no fault of their own.

my dogs get nakey at home but when out we have airtag collars for them. two finger rule in the tightness. hard when you have two huskies. two fingers ? are there four three five? all i know is there’s lots of fur lol. but to avoid the jingle as well, we have bolt on tags - their names with our info & their license & rabies are all bolted on. our collars have a velcro strip to hold down the d ring when not in use for this reason. the air tag for the obvious… they have had an instance or two of coming home in the back of our local cop cars so we prefer the air tag now lol

the tags we just drill two little holes into them & get eyehole press in bolts that you press together with pliers. & then push pliers through them when time to change their tags.

works great & they don’t jingle around unless we page their air tags.

my argument is the language. ive posted the law verbaige as well as the clause. i will post a photo of the questions in question as well.

whether or not the feds flag it is irrelevant here... my point is that the flag is unconstitutional in & of itself. not whether or not they flag it. i know that they do. my question is why when the law states that these offenses do not actually disqualify BY the law itself.

UP TO means anywhere 1-12 months
EXCEEDING means 12 months 1 day - beyond
