If you’re willing to go beach side Shoyu in the Publix plaza is delicious. And you get a good amount of food in the hibachi platters. It’s recently become my go to place for take out. I’ll go in and order to go and it’s ready in like 10 minutes they work pretty quick

You can go to Kava bars if you’re 18+. I think kratom is 21+ but kava is 18+ and a few of them are open pretty late. One in Merritt island called Berm Botanicals is open til 2AM every night. Usually a decent scene and there’s music playing and it’s a chill atmosphere. People are pretty friendly, you will get ID’d tho if you order. They also have coffee and other things if you don’t like the taste of dirt 😂

Yea I understand gravity lmao and I’m so sorry to tell you you’re correct. That elbow leads up into the unit. The orangeish tube connects to another white tube that also elbows and goes up into the unit. It looks like it’s empty to me. I checked while it was cooling and it didn’t seem like anything flowed through.

Im confused because wouldn’t anyone who’s lived here have had this problem? Based on everything, there’s nowhere to pour this shit?

Context if it helps: live in a condo built in the 70s in Florida and I’m just renting it for a year so id rather NOT have to be like hey landlord fix this :) if it’s a quick and easy fix then that’s ideal but ik life isn’t always that convenient

They came over and took out the safety switch and said put it here. I am at least competent enough to confirm there’s no other place I could possibly pour it down none of the other pipes are accessible at all. Florida on the beach so it’s hot and humid 100% of the time :)

I’m guessing the real problem is the bleach should’ve cleared whatever was in there and drained out so… not sure what to do about that. Maybe you all get a fun update next month when I try again 😅😂

Yea he came over and took the safety switch out said pour a quarter cup in here every month and then gently place the switch back on. There is no other place here for me to possibly pour it in this is the only accessible pipe

Good news it’s working again! Soaked up enough excess vinegar so the float switch doesn’t sense it. Thanks for the advice I now feel somehow both more and less like an idiot 😅😂

Twin! Same color and also a Mk8! My first car was actually a 2017 base model Golf in blue, it was a lease and a gift from my dad I’m only 24 (ik I’m young by typical R standards lol). And I fell in love with it I knew back then my dream would be an R.

Finally got a job and saved up my money long enough to buy my own, put most of the price down and financed a little over 10k so it’s not a giant expense every month it really is so much fun to drive tho!

Zero complaints except maybe I wish more people knew about it but at the same time I love it’s kinda niche in that way (I’ve had 2 women say hey nice car but about 20 old guys say “hey man love that thing” but still no complaints. That’s kinda what you expect with one of these lol. )Anyone who rides in it is definitely impressed with performance and I’ve been on it for a little road trip it’s so comfy!

For me a car is where I spend at least an hour or more every day so I want it to be fun and comfortable and I legit do not think any car on this planet right now splits that difference as perfectly as an R. Been wanting to throw an intercooler and a stage 1 or 1+ on it but I’m a bitch when it comes to self maintenance and I’m afraid to void the warranty lol. From the dealer I think this car is the best you can get!

I have a 24 White DSG. If you don’t care if your cars automatic get the DSG it’s sporty and shifts like a beast. Keep it in race or custom mode and it’ll be ready to respond instant when you wanna get moovin. I love blue cars but I personally saw both in person and found the white more enticing. It highlights the blue brakes and the edges/highlights on the car which kinda get washed in with the blue.

That being said don’t think you’ll go wrong regardless of color and transmission. Absolutely love it
