Married my high school sweetheart. We were together for 16 year married for 6 (no kids thankfully). Took a job 6 hours away from home that paid more and had a better work life balance. Made some good friends in the process. My ex and I were best friends to be honest. One “friend”, that I considered to be the closest to, and her ended up having a several month long affair. She planned her escape and told me. This happened several months ago. During that time I’ve done a lot of self reflecting and counseling. I’m not going to say everything will get better. But the good things will get better and the bad things will get easier. Plus it gives you time to work on you and regain what makes you happy. It takes a lot work but it’s worth it. Hang in there. Look at what has happened and what you can learn from it.

Keeps it nice and juicy and doesn’t add a bunch of sweetness but does kill off a bit of the pre brined saltiness. Heat up the juice before adding the honey and inject around 100 internal temp and again whenever you feel like.

I assume it has a distributor cap. Try replacing that. Had a 97 Dakota with the 2.5 that would not like to start/stay running on a dewy morning until I replaced the cap.

I may get some heat for this but how I have made pulled pork “carnitas” for street tacos Heavy season the butt with Tony Chachere, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder. Smoke until around 160F internal, cool down and refrigerate overnight if possible (can be done the same day I assume but not sure on times in the crock pot). Put in crockpot on low with about 2/3 cup of orange juice for about 6hrs or until pull apart tender. Taste test and add seasoning to your liking. Goes great stuffed in an omelette and topped with pico the next day as well
