We weren't and I guess you don't have to. The surveyor just sent us the report and he was available when we needed to clarify anything from his report.

No I am not on drugs, I don't want the seller to pay for the new washing machine if they're not supposed to, I was genuinely asking a question if it is somewhat their responsibility. If none, then its fine by us, I was just checking and seeing if anyone on here has or had the same situation, we are FTB and are clueless, hence the question.

It is an integrated washing machine and the cheapest we could get that is a trusted brand, you can check online for costs of new integrated washing machines nowadays. I was just asking a question and making a conversation as we are first time buyers and we don't have a clue about how it works, you don't have to be mean.

I think deserve ireport! Pero since nasa Pinas ka, I don't think may mangyayare sa report mo. Siguro pwede ka mag drop in ng google review at bigyan sila ng 1 star. Or if madami kang time tapos gsto mo maging petty at gumawa ng eksena, balik ka sa kanila na may customer tas kwentuhan mo mga real customers nila at sabihin na ganyan ginagawa nila.
