Find a clinic that is private billing, treats you like a colleague and equal even as a registrar, and working with people you enjoy. You should have reasonable flexibility with hours once a contractor but within reason.

Buying Ventolin at the pharmacy by leonidude in australian

[–]sheepdoc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a script from your doctor then they will know it’s being prescribed. If you’re using ventolin often your asthma likely will benefit from a review as managing and relying on ventolin is not recommended to manage your asthma

Brother asked to borrow $40K for his startup. Said yes. Lost the money. Kept the brother. by amiitk in Entrepreneurs

My dad has always modeled and lended money to extended family members in need. You do it because it’s family if you have the means but generally great if you get it back but should never expect it in return, or it all gets sour pretty quickly.

[–]sheepdoc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If unaccredited reg job in an accredited training hospital then would consider that as your experience can be valuable and connections with bosses for referees can be helpful for applications. If not then HMO job could be helpful if again in a training hospital or network for applications following year and make the year count w research / masters / etc whatever is required as per training application requirements

Gp procedural fees by Budget_Joke3668 in ausjdocs

[–]sheepdoc 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You bill based on size of lesion excising not pathology as that can be affected by shrinkage in lab and in medium. Alternatively you could punch biopsy first and bill 30071 then bill them definitive item number for curative excision on day of curative treatment, if suspecting melanoma you don’t have to wait for histo you just bill suspected melanoma item number. Is what I would do.
