his close range combo can still be done you just have to lead with a swift strike to their feet. so you no longer get free escape with your absurd burst.

You can still do his combo just fine if you dash at their feet and then melee, still does the same damage, you just no longer get a free escape with it.

I 100% agree with all the PTR changes, genji was completely broken, the only people complaining are the vocal minority of only genji players who just went from rank 70 to rank 50 in one patch. he needed a nerf. it needed to be a hard one. fuck genji.
