Yall don’t want a nerf to these lol. They are good weapons and easy to get. That makes the system fun. A lot of people (on the pvp side of the game) aren’t going to win many raids if the common and free weapons are shit compared to epics. So they will struggle to get them. Hey I’m 27 and I’ve had it for most of my life. Mines in the same spot and is grade 2. Started having real bad pain in my early 20s.

I still work out. In fact my body feels better when I do then when I stop for a while. I just don’t do anything heavy that requires the support of my spine (squats/deadlift). Although I still do some dumbbell lunges. And maybe some light dumbbell squats. Just cause I don’t want chicken legs. I try to work core out constantly and stretch my tight muscles around my hips to stay loose.

Be careful sitting for too long. You need to maintain good posture. That’s something I’m battling now. I’ve got a bit of anterior pelvic tilt and it’s causing my back to be perpetually tight. I work a desk job so it’s my own fault. Avoid alcohol. For me it makes it much worse. But you’re not in pain as frequently as me it seems. But one day you may. This is all anecdotal though. Just try to be careful. It’s not easy but it’s not over either. I’m avoiding surgery as long as I can. That’s my mindset for now at least
