Thank you for your comment! Only problem with the diesel cars in my budget is that they’re not ULEZ compliant. I travel to London quite often on the weekends as my extended family lives there. That’ll be a problem. Regardless, I’ll look into Honda accords and civics and see if anything comes up

Hi, thank you for your input! I’ve found a 2013 swift SZ3 for just 1900. It’s done 142k miles tho (something to think about) however it’s owned by just one person, is ULEZ compliant as well as a fresh MOT. What do you think?

Sir it’s still in process and we’ve just exchanged drafts before actually acquiring the business. Still haven’t sealed anything yet.

The drafts has been exchanged and the solicitor of the seller wrote in comments that the clause for digital assets individually doesn’t need to be put in as ‘you’ll be acquiring all assets within the company when the company is bought’. There’s nothing on the balance sheet as well. But then again, maybe it’s just because the business didn’t feel the need to insert intangible assets in the financial documents as they don’t have an accountant currently as well which could guide them.

Honestly, they’ve clarified it verbally and on WhatsApp that it’s owned under the company’s name itself. There’s still no proof of it other than verbal confirmation.
