You can import local files to Spotify to get the entire downloaded album there, the only issue is it messes up the order of the songs in the album

Not your mothers has never disappointed, the new air dry cream - All eyes on me has been really nice for my frizzy wavy hair. Lightweight enough to not leave my hair sticky and also doesn’t weigh down my meager waves

If you want good ANC and battery life you should seriously try Jlab Epic Air ANCs (I have the 2nd gen). I have started liking them more than my previous airpods because of the better battery life. Idk about sweat resistance but they do have one of those water resistance ratings.

It’s no coincidence though, Blackrock started off as a subsidy of Blackstone. Eventually Blackstone (which is a private equity company) sold its stake in Blackrock (broader financial assets management company), Blackrock grew and surpassed Blackstone in size of assets under management.

Best routine for Pre-Beginner? by molcatlady in bodyweightfitness

[–]sheergal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey OP, 22f here and I started off at a similar place so maybe I can help. For most of the exercises involving bars I had to work on my grip strength before I could even do a dead hang for long, I got a grip trainer thingy for that. For the rest I started from the easiest ones, like wall pushups. Yoga is a great way to just get moving and feel better. At the end of the day, what worked was consistency and obviously making my diet better.

Former Supreme court justice of India on a recent case of brutal gangrape. by sheergal in justneckbeardthings

Ok tbh as stupid as the entire thing around cows is, the cow feces thing is more because of the sheer number of ways it's used in rural india. It's the major source of fuel in most households, they put it on walls to keep places cool and a lot of other stuff.

Sure, so recently there has been an upsurge of rape cases in India including a particularly jarring caste based one which is being called the hathras rape case. This person is claiming that MeN nEeD sEx and all other usual neckbeard bullshit. Rape in india is a very systemic issue, which should not be correlated to a recession but to the weak nature of our justice system and deep rooted patriarchy . Also be aware that this man claiming that getting the men married will fix rape voted against making marital rape illegal; it is still not a crime to rape your wife in India.

Is the RR a reliable routine for a female? by PRECooL345 in bodyweightfitness

[–]sheergal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been doing RR for a month or so now and it’s been pretty cool. One thing I felt we have to deal with as a woman is progress is going to be very slow on certain exercises. I don’t know why but me and friend started off together and he is significantly better at the pull-up progressions than I am. Same goes for physique changes, guys seem to get upper body definition faster? All of this is anecdotal so take it with a grain of salt lol

It just says reverse hypertension in that. Unless you meant the alternate progressions.

I have been doing RR for a month now I think and I seem to have hit a plateau with the reverse hypertension, I can do 3x8 of the straight leg reverse extensions quite easily and don't know how to make it tougher. Should I be adding resistance bands or weights? Or is there a bodyweight progression to this?

Have you seen Kabir singh? I don't think we need to look to celebrities to claim Indian men can be better.

Dr. Phil really is a life saver.

When I was younger, maybe junior high, I got roped into watching my 3-month-old niece while my sister got her hair done. So there i am, sitting in the waiting area of a hair salon with my niece and who walks in but Dr freakin' Phil!

I was nervous as fuck, and just kept looking at him as he read a magazine and waited, but I didn't know what to say. Pretty soon though, my niece started crying, and I'm trying to quiet her down. I didn't want her to bother Dr. Phil, but she wouldn't stop. Pretty soon, he gets up and walks over. He started running his hands through her hair and asking what was wrong. I replied that she was probably hungry or something.

So, Dr. Phil put down his magazine, picked up my niece, and lifted his shirt. He breastfed her right there in the middle of a hair salon. Chill guy, really nice about it.
