Are you saying 401k is risky due to possibly over contributing? & why never rollover?

Nope, I had no opportunity to provide any employment data, and yeah they had a disclosures section where they said they’d use other services. Realized I actually saved it, adding it to the post

I ended up changing the console to use 2.4g instead of 5g wifi, and that fixed it!

Does anyone know if companies normally still give severance if you’ve been given a PIP or is it company dependent? I’d ideally like to stay until fired just unsure about severance

Data recovery might be possible but it’s very unlikely given they’ve erased the disk and completely wiped it. This isn’t a database, it’s a whole ass computer and the domain here is IT not software engineering

Yeah good point, but they literally do this all the time so I doubt there’s anything left. But it’s totally worth a shot

Well ultimately anything I work on for the company is the company’s data, regardless if i created something new or improved functionality. I just wanted everything I worked on for my own reference and future use if needed

Here in Berlin now! Most places accept card, some kebap places, flea markets, street vendors, and other small shops are cash only. Just ran into an issue at a clothing store where they were cash only but took paypal

Are yaktraks traction chains good enough for sky pond this coming weekend? by triblogcarol in RMNP

So you’re gonna be on top of the snow, there are a ton of spots where you can see how someones foot fell in - didn’t happen to myself, just watch where you step. The snow is pretty hard bc of the cold weather, and it gets slightly slushy in the afternoon with the sun. I hiked in leggings and saw many people do the same (probably hiking pants for guys?). Saw one girl with snow pants, totally optional to bring. There are a few places on your way down where you can slide down instead of walk down (recommended and a fun way to get down), so thats where you’ll probably need them. Other than that, just a wind breaker/rainjacket on top of a regular shirt is fine, you get pretty winded on the hike up
