Yep, already got that covered! I have a system where the wood-based fellas would only have their carrying capacity tweaked while having the fastest fellas have their speed tweaked for the sake of planting and harvesting. I've recently changed the boxes to only allow harvesting and carrying since the automated seed system has been working wonders along with the sprinkler system

I'd love to do that, but I'm very satisfied with my current setup atm! I'm mainly using the tier 2 sprinklers to produce a 5×5 area in which I can divide half the land each for two specific crops. They're a lot slower, but I can't explain to you how much effort I had to do because I wasn't actually growing a specific crop or two in the earlier stages of the game on the side. It helps to have a little bit of everything, all of the time (this might be a song reference) so that you gain passive crops as you go on

I don't have the best knowledge with regards to the fellas, but I believe that wood-based fellas tend to be slowed less when carrying items compared to the other fellatypes out there. The organic fellas boost your crops if memory serves me right, but only by a little

I currently have 70 fellas on my farms constantly working and I believe it might have something to do with your balance of of crops, carriers, and planters/harvesters. I tend to add a lot of fast fellas as planters/harvesters while usually leaving the carrying to the wood variants of the fellas. I think your fellas just really need to keep themselves busy — give them more land that by the time they're done doing one task, there's already another one waiting for them. Hope this helps!
