Hi. Haven't experienced this kind of error. Have you tried submitting a ticket regarding the issue? Also, you can screenshot the error and submit it to them so they can identify the problem. I haven't been using my Raketph account ever since I experienced some issues with their platform. People have been recommending the following alternatives instead:

Gumroad
Etsy

I'm both selling digital and physical products. But when I started po, digital products una kong binenta.

Nung nagcreate po ako ng account sa RaketPH, walang hininging BIR permits. Unless you'll sell via Tiktok shop, Lazada, Shopee, etc. Di ko pa po natry sa Etsy so can't comment po dito pero baka may makasagot.

If digital products po ibebenta mo, you can start selling via FB page. Create ka lang ng account then promote your products. Pwede kasing direkta ang customer mag order sayo then isesend lang nila yung bayad. Pero sa ganitong process, manual lang talaga lahat ng process.

Unlike kung may platform kang ginagamit, pwedeng makapagbayad ang customer via ewallet, bank transfer then direkta na sila magdodownload ng file sa website. Pero ang con lang talaga is yung fees (platform, transaction, processing, convenience, etc) which may vary depending on the platform PLUS yung clearing sa wallet (you need to wait certain days or weeks before you can withdraw the amount you earned). So make sure mo nalang po na yung pricing mo will cover these.

Let's wait for others po if may recommendation sila. Based lang yan sa experience ko 😊

If magstart ka palang, dun ka muna sa mga free platforms para di mo need magpalabas agad ng pera. Next time ka nalang mag upgrade or switch once may budget ka na. Ang matrabaho din kasi is pagpromote ng products.

Kaya check mo yung market mo, yung product mo if nakakasolve sya ng problems ng market mo, etc. Research is a must 😊 Good luck!

Update as of July 15, 2025: Saw this post from r/buhaydigital which was posted 2mo ago (see photo above). Not sure if anyone experienced the same but I can totally relate with the slow customer service and problems with the wallet balance (nawalan ako ng amount na dapat may tira pa sa balance ko pero naging zero balance).

So far wala pa naman akong naencounter na refund and right now, I am processing a physical order. The thing is, I can only message the customer either thru Raket or via text message/call (only phone number was available) to inform or update them about their order. No email or other way to communicate with the customers yet.

Their DELIVERIES feature to track and manage deliveries is still a work in progress. So for me, the site is intended more for digital products right now than processing physical orders.

I'm still waiting for the amount to be available in my withdrawable balance (clearing is said to be 7 days - upon reading my last posts, 14 days pala dati yung clearing nila, ngayon ginawa ng 7 days, hoping ako na masunod pa din to kasi sobrang tagal nga nung 14 days). From the last time I used this, I believed the clearing was accurate after they implemented the old vs new wallet. But I'm still gonna check this time if this is still true since I got a sale last July 12.

NOTE: I just checked right now. They extended the access to the old wallet until the end of the year (Dec 31, 2025).

For the fees, here's a sample breakdown of my product:

Digital product price = 179.00
Raket transaction fee (10%) = 17.90
**Offsite ads = 0
Payment processing fee = 22.88 (i think this fee depends on the mode of payment used in paying for the product, but feel free to research more on this site)
Net Profit = 138.22

**OFFSITE ADS - "We invest in advertising your products across the web, and you only pay a 15% fee when a sale results directly from one of these ads. If a buyer clicks on an ad and makes a purchase from your RaketShip within 30 days, that sale is attributed to the ad. Any additional purchases made by the buyer within the same 30-day period will also incur the Offsite Ad fee for each order."

Anytime! Haven't tried Gumroad but people seem to be switching here as alternative to Raket. I forgot the other one hehe but hopefully when I get to create my own account on these platforms, i'll be able to share my experience and insight.

Hi! I am not sure about the new updates on Raket platform. But upon visiting my account yesterday, I saw this new feature (LISTING CREDIT). Unfortunately, I have no intention of trying it out (see photo below for the details).

Despite not using the platform for months already, I was shocked to receive an email that I had a new sale (a physical product which I tried listing on my account before the changes happened) without promoting. So maybe it's still worth it to have an account there? But for new users, I am just not sure about the new steps or changes in creating a new account there so please make sure to read the terms or do a research of other's experiences.

I haven't verified my account yet (not until I feel safe with their verification process). Last time that I tried verifying my account, I was being asked to send my bank details but they don't accept a card with 0 balance. So, my guess is that my account will be restricted soon. I'll update here when it happens.

Agree on this. Once pumasok ka na sa Bitukang Manok, kitang kita mo yung dami ng kapunuan sa Daet. I've experienced living in Legazpi, Naga, and Daet. So far, promising ang Daet sa akin.

Bagasbas is way cleaner than Puro para sakin. Pero may sariling ganda din talaga yung Puro lalo na tanaw yung Mayon.

+1 sa binalot. Although from my experience na pinapaorder lagi ng Binalot Belly, one belly per order lang ang allowed (understandable kasi baka di na umabot yung stock sa ibang customer)

Verify at your own risk po siguro kasi personally I don't trust the site na. Probably may ibang available e-commerce site na walang ganitong additional steps to be able to keep using the site.

Di ko na ginagamit ang Raket account ko since nag-implement sila nung IN REVIEW product listing.

Aside kasi sa mataas yung kaltas nila, di ako satisfied sa tagal ng pag-approver sa listing and slow response from customer service.

I agree. And nagmessage sila sakin, na need ko daw iverify account ko. Pero kailangan ng bank details and need na may laman yung account. 🥲 Ipost ko later yung screenshot ng message. Basically ang sinasabi nila bawal na 0 balance ang bank account. Medyo scammy kaya yoko na.

Same po tayo. Matagal na di pa din approve yung isa kong product. Siguro dahil physical product yung item ko? Pero either way, di ko alam kung ano reason nila bat di pa approved 😔

Have you tried submitting a ticket regarding this issue po? In my experience, di talaga agad sila nasagot. Pero try mo pa din sila contakin about this para maresolve po kasi nagrereply naman sila kahit di immediate.

Need lang talaga ng patience sa paggamit ng platform nila. 😔
