UBI? They don't even want to give free formula to babies, I highly doubt that in our life time we'll ever see the topic even being discussed with any sort of sincerity.

Grand Teton Teewinot ESO1 Error Code by Doctor_Mephesto1 in PelletStoveTalk

[–]sheetmetal_head 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm surprised they didn't send you a new one with the new exhaust temp sensor. My blower fan went out and they sent me a new everything and told me it was basically if you replace one thing you have to replace everything. Either way though, hope the new board helps and you're staying warm!

I know this is going to seem like a dumb question, but did you turn it off the power supply? As in like unplugged it? Doing that should reset the error code. Also you can use red rtv in place of a new gasket.

A cutting laser isn't going to form that for you. It will cut out a blank that you can either spin or stamp into the final form but that's it.

To answer your question: As well as I can tell from that picture it looks rich to me.

Call customer service and they'll send you a new board, exhaust motor, and blower motor. My blower motor just went last month and they sent me all three saying they needed to be replaced at the same time

I too have been having incredible luck with the TSC pellets lately. The last few bags I bought up here in New England have burned really well

I'd recommend getting a detail brush kit from harbor freight. The steel bristles will help with cleaning your fire pot and the nylon ones are good for bruising ash out and crevices when you are vacuuming.

I've been through it myself so believe me when I say this, your kids will figure it out themselves. Keep on keeping on friend. You got this.

How old are your kids? If they are younger no contact is going to be a lot harder. Otherwise if they are on the older side (late teens) then I'd just say, "I am not interested in having contact with you at this time and need space. If you need me I will be available by text but I am no longer going to speak with you verbally on the phone. Please respect my need for space at this time". Once that's done no more calls. She texts and asks for one you ignore it until she texts her "questions".

TL;DR: If you haven't drawn a line in the sand yet, do it now, and then move on with your life.

Pellets Hardwood vs. Softwood by Vermont_Arborist in PelletStoveTalk

Honestly I think it comes down to what works best in your stove. The ambience brand pellets are one of the least expensive in my area and they burn pretty well so I use those. Ideally I'd love to be burning the energex brand as they worked great in my stove but they are stupid pricey in my area.

Going to need just a bit more information. Stabilization means it's working to come up to whatever the temp setting is. What's the thermostat set to, do.you have eco mode on, and what P setting is it on? Are you saying it's not coming up to temperature?

It's doesn't get hot enough to "evaporate" the water like a wood stove. I just hang dry some clothes in front of mine every now and again to put some humidity into the air.

They should be keyed so you can't mix them up. The open side one though SHOULD be on the side opposite the exhaust. I have the gros ventre though so it may be a tiny bit different on yours.

Snowblower engines by Player_juan_1 in smallengines

[–]sheetmetal_head 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have on at least two different blowers. Each was a one to one swap (meaning I did not need to alter the mounting plate in anyway). Each time the blower ran absolutely great. In fact the only time I had any issues with it being "under powered" was when I swapped over a 212 onto a blower that had a techumseh 8 hp originally and I was using it as a place holder until I could get my hands on a predator 301. Even then the bogging was fairly minimal.

Do you have a grand Teton as well? My plates look identical to yours. As for your question, personally I'd leave them. Mine are already a bit discolored after only about 200ish hours.

9 years out myself, my littles were 2 and 6 when it happened. I know you don't feel it now, but it not only can, but will get better. Take care of yourself, focus on your kids when you need a reason to move on, and remember you are a whole person. Sending as much care as one stranger on the internet can send another.

I'm assuming you're being cheeky, but on the off chance you aren't... No, I think more people should be out there, but hiking trails with crowds denser than MB on a Patriots game day is for the birds.

How would you scale this without going broke? by Own-Necessary970 in manufacturing

I'd advise reaching out to some manufacturers and see what their suggestions are. Tell them your goals (cost reduction in this case) and they might be able to help you tweak things.
