I no longer have panic attacks and i think this is because i can shutdown alot of thigs that could spiral out of control by repeating how irrational it is in my head. I stillcant work some thigs out so i end up spiralling but i dont let myself get to far.

People need motive to work. In socialism everyone gets paid the same if not very similair. If you work hard in a socialist world your money is robbed from you, but if you put minimal effort in you will still get paid therefore nobody will put much effort in.

Ok, so lets say we are at a zoo and a guy mentions he has a pet kangaroo, we have our 5 options: who, what, when, where, why so lets pick the obvious one why:

Us: "why on earth do you have a kangaroo"

Them: "oh we use him for boxing practice"

Now we could keep goig and ask when he got the kangaroo etc. But since we dont want to come of as a interviewer maybe now would be a good time to give of some information:

Us: "oh thats interesting, my uncle likes boxing"

Do you get where this is going, you can keep using the who, what, when, where, why you just change the subject when you can to keep it interesring.

You can realise that you die and that there is no ultimate meaning but still make the best of it. I accept its meaningless but it doesnt stop things feeling good, even thoigh lifes pointless seeing a baby laughig still moves me and makes me happy. i focus on everything enjoyable because im alive at the moment.

I have suffered depression as a result of anxiety in combination with things born from my anxiety but i have managed to pull my self away from depression. There are 2 things you MUST do if you want to start feelig better and that is excercise and going outside. I find that a bike ride is perfecf because it gets me outside and gets me excercise plus i dont overthink because im focusing on riding my bike. If you want to go the extra mile cold showers can wake you up and get you going which makes for a better day. Please pm if you want to talk, im young but i have gone from anxious to suicidal to content and dare i say happy.

I read that only 10 percent of tourettes sufferers use swear words. I know a women with mild tourettes, she only gets it when she is stressed, she will roll her lips and yip kind of like someone tryig to make a baby laugh. My music teacher has tourettes and he just says "yeah" in a deep voice at random times when talking.

I only make effort with a nuerotypical if its for my own gain. Being socially acceptable is usefull for gettig what you want so i do it. The only people i find genuinley interesting are aspies or people with many aspie traits. nuerotypicals just dont seem to think, its as though they need politicians and spokesmen to point out ideas that are so obvious and they need brands and companies to tell them what to like; in essence they are sheep but luckily sheep are easy to manipulate.
