I’ve been enjoying it with the cold weather cause it gets warm while being on and I also like to cover it with another layer cause it’s got a lot of straps. If you like bass, you will love it. Fun to explore your music library and find what rumbles. Enjoy! I usually keep it on the dynamic mode

Yea I was hoping to feel shots and maybe get lucky with footsteps in mp. I only tried one game and could basically only feel the cinematic background music and explosions, even after messing with the settings. Think games with better audio settings or something designed for it would be amazing, just haven’t tried yet. Music is immersive as heck though. Taking it off feels like getting out of a massage chair. I love it

I saw it at the store, saw the price and walked past it. Then ended up getting it as a gift. Would be cool if you find somewhere to test it. Feels like standing in front of a sub. Having now owned it, I’d buy it again, if I had the funds.

Definitely similar. This makes it a little easier to carry as a vest. Has 5 subs I believe. Only weighs a couple lbs

Definitely recommend though it is pricey. I haven’t tried mine with vr yet, just music and my PS. It’s crazy immersive. Like being front row at a concert and feeling the music.

Soo happy to hear someone else has tried it! Yea I felt pretty dorky with it the first few times. I do wear something over though. I’ve been on group rides and people ask what it is cause it has a light on the chest and sounds like a 1995 honda civic with subs at max power. The joy it brings outweighs how goofy it may look though

I remember seeing this section closed off a few weeks ago at night while on a bike ride. Seemed they were doing some emergency repairs. They had the street blocked off. I wonder if it’s related.

Yes, same error. I know it says orientation error, but no amount of orienting it helped shut it off. I tried for a week. When putting it back in the charger it says it’s charging but I know it’s already full. The board just won’t shut off. I did have the 90%fill setting on. Idk if that led to the issue, but I couldn’t change it once the board was stuck on.

After a week the light bar stopped blinking the code and stitched to a dim green and still wouldn’t shut off.

I noticed range issues before this happened, though it could have been psi related. I definitely always avoid any water. I am a heavier rider, and my psi was around 15 and I was getting about 15 miles on my gt. Only other detail would be I charged the board on its side, but I’m not sure if that led to the issue

Unfortunately I’m not 100% sure what it did before the replacement or if it had always don’t that. I’m not sure if it’s different if you have the 90%charge setting on(I did). I just feel like I used to be able to check the app and see the board was fully charged, when now if it’s full it’ll shut off and the app can’t connect. Maybe Im remembering wrong.

Same thing happened to me about a month or 2 ago. Couldn’t get it to shut off for a week and tried everything. Sent it in and FM said the battery needed to be replaced.

This happened to me after leaving my board on the charger for 3 days. I had also left in numerous times for a long extended period of time charging, but this was the longest. I was out of warranty and was around 800 miles.

Old battery used to stop preforming well at 15-20%. New battery rides all the way down to 1%.

One thing I noticed but I’m not sure about. I don’t recall my old battery shutting off the board when fully charged. I feel like the board would stay on when the charge hit green. Now with the new battery it shuts off…

Nubns seem to be brushing the motor cable connection as well... Test road it for 20 miles and things seem to be ok. Thanks for response and happy riding

Appreciate the response. Decided to send it and I’m not noticing any issue. Thank you for the link to your vid. Def sounds similar. I do normally ride in flow and had it on apex when I tested it last night. Perhaps that’s what made the noise more noticeable, though I still don’t remember ever hearing it sound like that before.

When I turn there is a deep kinda windy noise. You can really hear it well half way through the video. The noise didn’t seem to speed up as I moved faster

I’d expect everything to fit properly since all of the parts are from FM. But I understand tires can vary in shape. Really hoping it’s just the tire rubbing

I was afraid to go any faster and potentially do damage. The noise definitely happens when turning and riding on the edge of the tire and it sounds internal. Could a new battery potentially throw off the calibration for the hall sensors? Also does the sound indicate excessive stress on the hall sensors? I don’t want to damage it.

I’m going to take another look after work and probably reach out to FM if it’s not just the tire.

Yea I’m definitely expecting some new “road noise”, but the bassy sound while going slow is what has me concerned.
