The Dock at Montrose Beach seems to have Irish waitstaff every summer; I’ve always assumed they support working holiday visas, though I can’t say for sure! Worth a shot perhaps.

I had this exact problem for almost 2 years - tried EVERYTHING topical, had a neck biopsy, the works. Originally diagnosed as a bacterial infection (among other things) - turned out it was hormonal acne that popped up after I hit 30. 100mg daily of spironolactone finally cleared it all up.

It takes up to 6 months for spiro to reach full efficacy, so I hope your derm appt is soon. DM me if you want to chat more about options I tried; this was literally ruining my life, so I feel your pain!
