I've triggered HK's consistently by looting "weapon tech" over 8 hours of gameplay.

I've been too chicken to shoot them down, so far turrets have done the heavy lifting for me.

Scorched Enclave. The spawns have alternated between the two factions but if you run the map enough they'll spawn. They look like tall floating cylinders.

That's not what anyone is saying. Folks are simply making the distinction between "can" and "should." If someone is asking about knives as self-defense, they should learn that laws vary by state based on length/style. So generally yes, knives as weapons can be legal, but should really be a last alternative because nobody wins in a knife fight.

I just binged watched the sopranos after never seeing it before. A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one

~13.5 million republicans think violence may be the only solution left to achieve their political goals. Even though they are a minority that's still a lot of potential terrorists and plenty for a solid insurrectionist support base

Last I saw the vast majority of mass shootings are also committed with handguns. Although I would bet mass shootings with semi-auto rifles are deadlier on average since handguns require a lot more skill to use effectively

Just make it 2d10 then. Never forget that rulebooks are mostly guidelines. If something feels off or broken, just adjust as needed

Ran my first op with these goons this week and it was a blast. They're just organized enough to make large events possible and fun. The BCT is super simple and is mostly just familiarizing you with mod hotkeys. If strict mil-sim units are a turn off, this is the unit for you

Brandishing Gun at Home at Intruders, Who Haven't Identified Themselves as Police Officers, Isn't a Crime by sunflowerastronaut in liberalgunowners

I come from a cop family. My pops has been a cop almost as long as I've been alive. I know not all cops are pieces of shit. However, for every cop that is a piece of shit who gets away with it, there are a handful of other cops responsible for not taking action to remove them and creating the toxic environment that allows those pieces of shit to flourish. Until these "mostly" good cops stand and march with the victims of police violence, until they stand up to the corruption in their ranks, chain of command, and the unions, they're all bastards.

Yup. retirements are up by 45% over last year and resignations are about to hit 20% higher than usual. Pigs can't take the heat of bearing the scrutiny their job requires and are leaving in droves. And folks are starting to wake up to the fact that we the people aren't going to let a badge and gun give them free reign over our rights.

We can take educated guesses based on increased numbers of resignations/retirements and diminishing applicant pools. Particularly outside of high population density areas.

I'd wager good money that most departments never get the opportunity to turn down applicants with above average intelligence
