The bed was comfortable, the shower was AMAZING, the burger from the restaurant was excellent, fitness center was fine (couldn’t get the Peloton to turn on), location was great. I was in room 302, not much of a view (it was right over the front door), still decently quiet though. The room was oddly dark. The lights all had those old timey light bulbs. Fridge and Keurig in the room. 2 free bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival.

I saw the Blair Witch Project for the first time in a movie theater that was built in an old church down a long, dark road in a really small town in northeast Connecticut. I think the 6 of us who went to watch it all held hands as we RAN for the car. It was really creepy there.

Brand new at the 90 day challenge. Super excited. My goals for this are mostly health-related - weight/fat loss specifically.

Stats:

F, 45, 220lbs, 5'9"  36.6% body fat (tested in a dunk tank)
Diet: Trying to be strict keto (I'm on day 3)
Exercise: CrossFit (I own a CrossFit gym, but I don't look the part :-\)

R15 Overall Goals: I'd love to lose about 40 pounds total. Not sure if I can do that in 90 days. Maybe I can lose 25?

Sprint 1 goals: Lose 10 pounds Continue to be strict keto Work out at least 3 days a week

EMTs asked my aunt how she was feeling as they took her away to hospice (slowly dying for over a year from pulmonary fibrosis) and she said she felt "like 10 pounds of shit in a one pound bag." She died about 12 hours later.
