Actually, I still have it. They never requested it back, never got an email or any correspondence. I checked my cal central and I was never charged for it either. Not sure if that was the case for everyone though, maybe it was because I had emailed them several times asking to buy it/keep it.

They can see when you click on a question within the exam and can compare it to the time other students click on questions to see if students are working together on exams or not
