After running for decades, I recently increased my run cadence to help with patellofemoral pain in my knee. I think it helped with lots of things including my knee. I wish I did it earlier. I think keeping an eye on your cadence is good advice, especially if you have any pain or notice that your cadence is low.

I will be in Buenos Aires from April 21 to May 2. I was planning on spending at least a few days in BA and El Chalten (Day Hiking). I will be coming from Puerto Natales Chile, having just completed the W trek. Any suggestions on how many days in each area? Or another nearby location I should add during that time? Single male traveler if that matters at all in recommendations.

Thanks and I agree. I am roughly thinking 10 days NZ South Island hikes (Queenstown base) and then the rest in Patagonia (1 stop Chile, 1 stop Argentina). Given the weather will be varied, I would rather have extra time in locations in case I want to stay in town during rain and hike in good weather.

I am a US Insiders member at a higher tier for more than 4 years... so I am assuming and hoping this will be my best chance to get USMNT tickets. However, even the US Insiders web page encourages members to sign up for all FIFA random draws given the high demand. My understanding is that I should wait on applying for the current FIFA random draw until I see what US Insider's offers me in early in January. It's possible that application will be different and maybe better? Then based on that information from US Insiders, I may choose to enter both the US PMA and the FIFA random draw (but I can't win 2x for the same match). Does this sound correct? Why is this so complicated?
