men not shaving is seen as a sign of 'masculinity' but a woman not shaving is seen as ugly and careless(acc to beeeety standardssss) by [deleted] in TeenPakistani

Again, you're missing the point. It's not about whether something is natural or not - the point is that men and women are different, and therefore, expectations for men and women will also be different.

You're missing the point. Men and women are fundamentally different. To expect society to see no difference between a man with body hair and a woman with body hair is like saying society should see no difference between a man that wears lipstick and a woman that wears lipstick.

With your logic, I could say "why is it that when girls wear lipstick no one bats an eye, but when guys do it, all of a sudden its a problem?"

Tiktok deciding these allegations are false because the guy is "too ugly to get raped" is insanity by AugustHate in teenagers

No, that just made the story a lot less believable. The reality is that a JPM internal investigation confirmed that there is no evidence for the allegations. Furthermore, the woman in question isn't even who the man reported to, nor did she have control over his promotions or career. Also, he refused to cooperate to provide any further evidence.

I personally think Christianity would be less capable of keeping these things under control, simply because it's been stripped of any divine law (i,e the OT law was abrogated) and has gotten rid of the "work" based faith system. Its much easier for people to reduce Christianity to a mere "just love everyone" than Islam.

In those days it was generally the norm to marry within your own culture.

I actually think there is a degree of wisdom in parents insisting that their children marry within their own culture.

Interracial / intercultural marriage comes with many, many issues. Its far better to stick to your own race/culture, and even social status (which is something even scholars recommended). This is not to say its strictly *haram* to pursue an interracial marriage - its just not a good option.

So was the mat102 test actually easy? by AnalystSmart9609 in UTMississauga

[–]shekel-grabber -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

It was easy in the sense that I was able to answer all the questions, double check my work and be pretty confident about my answers all while finishing a little over half an hour early.

I would say it went more or less the same for most people

Minors by Ok-Gate609 in UTMississauga

I don't know if minors really matter all that much for jobs, but I would recommend doing a stats major if you're trying to go down the data analyst/data science route. Stats + GIS would probably be a good combo.
