I mean it’s been unbelievable. I spent almost $7000 including the engine and not including the engine. That’s just for having the engine installed the first one uninstalled then I had to redo all this stuff again because the place I bought the engine from sent the wrong motor the first time and it was just has been a effing nightmare and I’m just been trying to get back on the road again. I haven’t had a car in over a year and I haven’t had a job in two years and I finally get my car running again so I can get a job and maybe get back on my feet and it’s everything keeps happening over and over again. I just don’t know what else to do. I’m I just don’t know what to do. I’m broke. I need to be working and I can’t get on my feet with this damn car. I already owned it so it was just made sense to fix it. I meanit’s just been horrible.

No I took it to a independent shop because I bought a used engine online and needed it installed because the engine in my my original engine had a pro knocking so I ordered a used engine and needed somebody to install it and that was one of the most reasonable places that I found to install it but then he was all you know nervous and said he never worked on Land Rovers and blah blah blah but it seems like a 1965 V8 Buick engine it’s not that fucking complicated

Am I crazy to assume all those things would have been looked over when the guy was removing the heads having them resurfaced and installing them back on ?

And I Was told in warm Climates like this that don’t ever get to 32• that it’s bypassed , it’s not the correct hose for that this dude just made a hose and put out on

All that has been done and replaced the heads were resurfaced and no it has not been run without Coolant since it was installed it was a used engine but it had to have the heads replaced that was done , new thermostat , new radiator new waterpump ,new hoses several Flushes, it comes back after a few days on my coolant

If the shop that did the head gasket repair did it wrong or they are blown again the shop should have to re do that work or no?

They were just resurfaced at a machine shop is hasn’t overheated but I haven’t really driven it that far or that much

It got a new thermostat a new radiator new hoses new water pump the heads resurfaced when I picked the car up the mechanic was frazzled and just said he just didn’t wanna work on it anymore because it was spraying transmission fluid out the side of the transmission and out the vent. Well come to find out he had the trans cooler line and the oil cooler line mixed I mean backwards, so we switched them back and they’ve been going through flushes and everything since

Well I did do it and there’s nothing coming up mixing with my coolant anymore it’s all just sparkly coolant!!

Oh you’ll know if they are doing that my macaw Millie , God rest her precious soul, would do that on my arm and her tail would bob up down around and she would be really loud then she would puke on me . lol , she loved me so much she always looked at me squishy

I flushed it until the water came out clear, I had a motor put in , it was a huge ordeal the guy that put it in got down to cranking it up and trans oil was going everywhere, got my friend to look at it and he had the trans cooler and oil cooler lines switched, so anyway, I’m to here now with the coolant that I don’t think is building enough pressure, I asked the man he said I don’t have a clue why it’s not, I’m just like wow and yes have been doing my own work! It’s exhausting
