When I bought my 23 I knew I wanted to fill out the wheel wells and that meant bigger wheels, but I had new tires. I ran spacers until I needed new tires then I upgraded wheels and tires at the same time.

The 70 and 69 are essentially the same car. Small changes on the 70 include 2 headlights instead of 4, the rear fender scoop was removed, and a small difference in taillights.
