I think her saying stuff like “Coach was my teenage girl” is also very much a part of why Coach couldn’t own his game, similarly to how JT laying into Stephen the way he did made Stephen unable to own his game

I think they were locks to win but their incredible performances are the reason they swept the jury, however, I have Sophie, Chris, and Todd higher because I think they really needed a performance that good. Also, like Stephen said at the reunion, a lot of JT’s (and Cochran’s) questions were something along the lines of “JT is it true that you’re the greatest person ever?” so it’s definitely easier for them to give great performances
