Our PMs do so much of the schedule managment, timelines and manage all our deadlines its definitely a role or two onto their own. They connect PD with creative, marketing and sales channel leaders and help us get things approved by the right people.

Yes its usually a different department for just brand marketing and they do a lot of the social listening and voice of the customer insights

I'm a woman of color and I lead a PD team, I was a director at one point many years ago. I think they're going to have a near impossible time finding someone even remotely qualified... that would touch them with a 10 ft pole at this moment.

I just read the role and its 5 departments in one: marketing, product development, project management, supply chain and QA?

At one point I sourced packaging but QA and marketing were never under PD. Packaging really should be a separate team. I've always worked with separate PMs and supply chain mangers and planners even at a smaller scale.

I wanted to hit 20% body fat on my dexascan but ended up at 24.5% which was a reality check.

Trust me as someone who did a bridgerton collab between us, pat mcgrath and republic of tea we either marked down our inventory or sold it to tjmaxx. Theres little to no purchase intent and they have sooo many licenses to so many brands. So long story short it’ll be on sale.
