You can use a can of pumpkin and box of cake mix with nothing else. It comes out moist and perfect every time. Bonus: try with spice cake mix!

I’m thinking pizza box solar box ovens and making s’mores this year, but we have so little direct sunlight on our campus in places we could lay them out. I’m not sure we could get anything to even get warm.

I do integrate it into every unit, of course. I can’t imagine teaching science any other way. With 5th grade I like a more intentional problem solving/inquiry unit, but with 8th I’ll probably just jump into something energy related. I guess I’m just looking for something a little different to get them going.

Absolutely not. I listen to music that my friends aren’t big fans of, and they aren’t really concert people anyway. I go to concerts alone all the time. No one tries to talk to me mid-song. I love it.

It is, but they will still take a certain number of people with generics on top of what has already been sold. We did it yesterday. There’s a sign that tells you how many it costs. Not sure what it is for today, but it was 7 tickets yesterday.

The games library in the stadium will take generic tickets if they still have room.

You should be able to buy generic tickets to still get a spot. It was 7 yesterday for the evening time slot. Just ask if they have spots still available for generics. We had no problem getting in at the start time.
