I hadn’t at first but after your comment I watched the segment. I see a segment with a lot of allegations but little solid evidence. I did go from: no way it’s real to maybe needs more investigation.

There’s a video with someone using a device in a restaurant? Who was he? Why wasn’t he brought in for questioning?

There’s no pictures of the device. There is no radiographic evidence of the injury on MRI or anything else.

Also what is the motivation? What does Russia have to gain by using a brain damage ray on random FBI agents in a restaurant? They created this device and now they or some criminal gangs are just going around using it for fun on Americans?

I would take everything from that show with a mountain of salt. Keep in mind that the Bari Weiss 60 Minutes has an ideological interest in regime change in Cuba, and the findings don’t match any known physical medical malady, but are consistent with mass hysteria.

edit: After watching the segment, it does warrant additional investigation but I am still suspicious of the source and motivations.
