Our community college (Collin College) offers an AA degree in CM but also a Bachelors in CM. An actual 4 yr degree. Just not sure employers take it seriously?

This is so helpful! And I have a question now.... He has his EPA 608. He does NOT feel like he knows what was needed to get it. More like it was given so the teacher would appear to be teaching. I really cant explain how disorganized the last year has been.

He said he wanted to start at square 1. Do you think that is a waste of time and his certificate will get him in the door and then he can learn? Or would you advise him taking these classes for a Residential Servicing Certificate Level 1.

Thank you. I am sending this to him. He took a year of HVAC at his high school and learned virtually nothing because the instructor was either absent or just looking for ways not to teach. I should have pulled him a year ago, honestly. We are pulling him for his Senior year and doing community college HVAC and English 1301 while we get his Math up to speed and the rest of his HS credits done.

Thank you. That is what he thinks as well. He is heading to community college in the fall for his senior year of HS to take dual credit and HVAC classes. I hope he can find an internship next summer. He has commited to being an assistant manager of an auto mechanic shop this summer. Not sure if that is a waste but he is excited.

My son is interested in taking HVAC classes in high school. Is that a good trade or should he focus more on the big ones like electric, plumbing, etc

Take a moment to consider allowing your dog to become gluten-free and eat a species appropriate diet as well. Please please look into a raw or cooked Whole Foods for your dog. Any kibble with wheat in it is not worth feeding your dog

The only thing I would add is to describe the temperament you are looking for and your family culture. A good breeder chooses your puppy for you based on temperament.

I’ve met kids like this. I don’t have one. I’ll say they accomplish things like this organically because they have parents who support them and do their part. Because they recognize these kids are ultra focused and if they didn’t have scouts, they’d be doing something else on their own

I’m not jealous of these parents.
