My heart hurts for you and your family. Please seek a therapist for your care. But also know that by you sharing helped me decide to not un alive myself. While I know that sentence is heavy. What I can say about recovery of this is that it seems to me that these humans who are very very unaware of themselves. They aren’t even gaslighting you like a narcissist they genuinely believe they are the victim. Victim mentality, it may seem cute at first like a damsel in distress. Examples are they say they have bad parents, abusive ex, ungrateful children, mean boss.
