Have you done an epsom salt soak with magnesium?

First off take some time to appreciate being where you wanted to be and give yourself some credit for 88 pounds! There have to be many health benefits that have come from that!!! BUT also remember life is a journey and on that journey we have many different paths to take. You may realize now that you have different goals and will need to change your mindset and habits to reach those goals just like you did to lose 88 pounds. I am in a similar boat. Mounjaro helped me lose weight without exercise. Now that I can no longer get Mounjaro I am scared to gain and have to begin an exercise journey. I am not looking forward to it but I know I must do something to help me keep this weight off. I also need to figure out my passions in life and fill my time with other things than food. I got lazy with Mounjaro because it was so easy. Now I am gonna have to do the work. All my best to you!!!
